What documentation do I need to port in my Canadian phone number? You need to give us the last invoice of your current telephone service and to fill our port-in form.

Can you offer me a telephone number from another city rather where I live? Yes, please contact us asking for the specific city you are looking for.
Technical
I already have an IP Phone, can I use it with your service? Of course, you can. However, you will need to configure it yourself. We can assist you giving you the correct data to fill.
Can I install a softphone and use it with your service? Of course, but you will need to configure it yourself. We can assist you giving you the correct data to fill. Please note that some carriers or networks block VoIP as part of their policy if this is your case we can not do too much.
What is the minimum bandwidth requirement to use your service? You need at least 64 kbps up/down for each simultaneous call you want to hold.
Does your service work under 2G/3G/4G (aka LTE) links? Yes, both of them are supported. however some 2G links will present quality issues.
