Uphone allows you to record your calls always or by on-demand. You can:
- record internal calls only (extension to extension)
- incoming calls only
- outgoing calls only
- all calls
If you would like to record during a call, simply call dial *2.
All recordings are available in the CDR (Customer Detail Records under Apps).
