We were concerned about using VoIP as we were told it is unreliable. We started by testing a few trunks keeping our main lines as a backup. After a few weeks we decided to simply replace our old Nortel system and go VoIP all the way, we have not looked back. You cannot tell the difference until you look at our bill.
