We were concerned about using VoIP as we were told it is unreliable. We started by testing a few trunks keeping our main lines as a backup. After a few weeks we decided to simply replace our old Nortel system and go VoIP all the way, we have not looked back. You cannot tell the difference until you look at our bill.

We have a manufacturing facility in the country. We were told to make some tests with our Internet provider. Once confirmed the Internet was reliable enough, we made the switch. We no longer hear the static that you hear on the old country phone lines.
